GUILD RULES:
  1. -All members and potential members will treat each other with the utmost respect.
  2. -There is a structure utilizing officers and various ranks. Respect the chain of command.
  3. HAVE FUN!
  4.   -We are here for each other, not for the individual.
  5. -We do not tolerate begging, constant whining, Ninja looting, or belligerence.
  6. -Keep guild chat PG. We have young members and families that don't appreciate foul language.
  7.  -Ventrillo is not your personal playground. Do not give the info out unless OK'd by an officer.
  8. -Help your guildies when they need it. They will help you in turn, or most likely they already have.
  9. -If you are in violation of these rules and regulations, you will be warned for first offenses. Second offenses will earn you a boot/demotion or reprimand depending on the seriousness of the situation.
  10. -Returning to the guild. If you leave on good terms, you may return at any time. If you are removed from our ranks, reparations may be required, amongst other things. Some violations are inexcusable, and will merit you a permanent ban.
  11. -If you do receive any punishment for violating any rules and regulations, take it with as much dignity as possible. Chances are, it is minor and will be forgotten soon enough.

RAID RULES AND GUIDELINES:
These Rules and Guidelines are here to help us advance as a guild. They are not intended to give you a reason to point your finger at someone. We have shown that with teamwork we can succeed anywhere and with these in place we will move up even faster. We have the skills, now let’s get organized so that all of the NPC's in WoW will fear us.

While it is unfortunate that we must impose punishment for abusing or ignoring these Rules and Guidelines, it is necessary for us to continue to improve and succeed as a guild. It only takes 1 person not following these to create a wipe or a complete raid failure.

BEING ON TIME -
Please be on time for the raid. The posted start time for the raid is when the raid should start. NOT when you should log and begin heading to the raid area. If you cannot make it on time then contact an officer and let them know ahead of time that you will be late. If possible, log yourself out at the designated raid area so you are there and ready when you login. If you require a summon to attend a raid, you may be required to donate 3 gold to the guild bank. This donation will be used to supply raids.

CHATTER RAID MODE -
Keep talking in /say, /raid, or /emotes down to a minimum. We need to do this to have the raid run smooth and efficient. Talking creates spam and shows that you are not paying attention which is the biggest killer of any raid. During encounters the raid leader is the only one that should be talking in Vent or /Raid unless the situation arises or you are asked to speak.

FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS -
The raid leader will give directions for EVERY raid encounter. If you don't listen and follow his directions, we wipe. If you are afk you will miss directions, If you need to go afk, speak in /party or class channel and let others know. If you do not understand the directions you were given, you need to /whisper an officer or the raid assistant handling this issue. DO NOT attack before the all ready call. If an individual refuses to follow directions, they will be removed from the raid and replaced by someone who will.

REZZING -
If you die, DO NOT ask for a rez. Our healers are well aware and you will be resurrected in due time.

POTIONS -
If you can it is appreciated if you donate materials or potions for raids. If you cannot then maybe a small donation of gold to help purchase them as they do not come cheaply. Bring your own if possible, as it is our responsibility to take care of ourselves.

REPAIR BOTS -
These are essential for any raid. Helping those that can make them by providing materials will greatly ease the cost for them. Again, everybody benefits from these so let’s help them get made.

REAGENTS -
If you rely on reagents for spells and or buffs, make sure you have them before the raid begins. A donation to the guild bank will help ease the cost for those that use reagents on raids. In the end we want to have fun, get some gear and advance on to bigger and better things. These Rules and Guidelines should help us attain the discipline needed to accomplish this.
